Using the BAST (British Academy of Sound Therapy) Method, Carolina blends sound therapy and voice techniques to help you release emotional blocks and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, supportive way. What to Expect 1 Hour of Sound Therapy Relax in a peaceful space as Carolina tunes into your energy field, identifying and balancing three key chakras using specific sounds and percussion instruments. 1 Hour of Voice Techniques Through guided voice exercises, mindful movement, and self-reflection, Carolina supports you in releasing stored emotions and tension, leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease. This session provides a safe space for healing and growth, with many clients choosing a series of four weekly sessions to focus on specific challenges or long-term well-being. Practical Details Sessions are available in-person. Typically booked in blocks of four for deeper transformation. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are.

PRE-SESSION GUIDANCE SUGGESTION:  For the most optimal experience, it’s recommended to listen with headphones if possible. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the sound experience and absorb the therapeutic vibrations more effectively.  Ensure you are comfortable and warm. Create a peaceful and undisturbed environment, where you can sit or lie down in a relaxed position.  Take your time: Avoid rushing before or after the session. Set aside time for the audio experience itself and allow time afterward to process and integrate the experience.  No distractions: To fully benefit, try to listen to the audio when your mind isn’t preoccupied with other tasks or thoughts. Your intention and focus are vital; if your mind is distracted, your energy will scatter, and the healing process will be less effective. RECOMMENDATION:  For maximum benefit, aim to listen to the audio at least once a day.  Bring your intention and desires with you as you listen. What are you seeking to heal, release, or manifest?
