Guidance for Using Audio Sessions
PRE-SESSION GUIDANCE
SUGGESTION:
For the most optimal experience, it’s recommended to listen with headphones if
possible. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the sound experience and
absorb the vibrations more effectively.
Ensure you are comfortable and warm. Create a peaceful and undisturbed
environment, where you can sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Take your time: Avoid rushing before or after the session. Set aside time for the
audio experience itself and allow time afterward to process and integrate the
experience.
No distractions: To fully benefit, try to listen to the audio when your mind isn’t
preoccupied with other tasks or thoughts. Your intention and focus are vital; if your
mind is distracted, your energy will scatter, and the healing process will be less
effective.
RECOMMENDATION:
For maximum benefit, aim to listen to the audio at least once a day. This is why we
offer a variety of audios with different lengths to suit your needs.
Bring your intention and desires with you as you listen. What are you seeking to
heal, release, or manifest? The more focused and clear your intention, the stronger the
impact of the session.

but be gentle with yourself. Avoid overexertion immediately after the session.

days (up to three days) to adjust and show noticeable changes. The process of
